Gained again this week. 1.4 kilos. Pfffffffffffft.
I know my food choices haven't been the best, and I've been eating after dinner, which has always been an issue. I might have a great day, food-wise, and then evening comes and I binge on chocolate or some junky food. I'm trying to stop this habit, either have some fruit or raw vegetables, or nothing.
I've been consistent with my exercising, which I'm pleased about.
Not much else to report. Still waiting to hear from ACC regarding my husbands shoulder injury - the specialist wants to see him again because the MRI was inconclusive, looks like there could be a tear or two but it isn't obvious enough to go straight to surgery. My husband is on reduced hours, and ACC should be making up the difference but are yet to do so - and it's been three or four months now, so things are VERY tight financially. We were hoping for some resolution this month, but it looks like it could be some time yet.
