Oh, what a week it's been!

Wednesday, April 16, 2014

It has been one heck of a week, at home and at work, but life is getting better every day! I did walk this weekend, and doing good on my points this week. I have not been keeping within my points for the past week or so, but I'm determined to eat right this week and make up for it:)

I finally made it to Bible Study on Tuesday, and I really enjoyed it! I hope to go back every Tuesday! I went to lunch with a couple of the ladies from church, and really enjoyed that too! I am so glad I found this little church and it so close to where I live, it makes it easy to go even when I'm tired:)

I have lost a little over 13 lbs. since I started WW's in November, and now I seem to staying between 155 and 160. I think I need to restart my weight loss program:)

Have a great day, all my Spark friends and prayer for those who are struggling!
