It's been a great month -- and it has flown by!
In the last four weeks, I've:
- lost 8.5 lbs
- not had a single soda to drink
- never gone off the rails
- checked in every day
- tracked at least 90 percent of my food
- started to exercise again, just a little
- found freedom in blogging
- made some Spark friends and found a challenge
- been inspired by those ahead of me on this path
- felt hope that I can do this
- came to believe I am going to be a great, healthy mom
I can't wait for the second month of progress!
