I tried to do a workout today with Sean T. I slept well last night but my energy has been low today. I made a decision to myself today that I would drink 3 glasses of water before my first cup of coffee to make sure I got all my water in and then I am still drinking my cup of coffee. I think that is why the slump occurred. Good in theory! I will try and drink it more tomorrow and try and have it earlier to give me my boost. I want to cut back a bit on coffee. I am back smoking and I really need to quit. I don't want B to see me smoke or smell it, so I try and smoke when she is napping but then I have to wash hands, shower, etc. to not smell. It is too much effort. It is so unhealthy. I smoke about 6-7 a day usually.
Tomorrow I am going to try and eat cleaner. I had bologna and cheese for lunch today, 2 slices each. It is such a salty, processed thing to eat. It set me back on my calories a lot, so I have to be careful the rest of the day. I weighed in yesterday and gained 2 lbs from my weigh in for the challenge in just a few days, so I have been eating out of control.
I did 10 minutes of the video today and felt so tired and half lazy about it, so I stopped. Tomorrow I am going to do at least one whole video. I wanted to do 2 today to make up for yesterday's miss but didn't.
B is doing better, she has been rolling over from tummy a lot the past 2 days! She is sitting up better, too. It is such a relief! I love her so much. People had me all worried, but maybe she just needed the extra tummy time, because in 1-2 weeks she has come SO far just from that change alone!
I have 4 weeks until our trip to the beach with my mom, so I want to slim down a little so I won't feel terrible in summer clothes and swim suit there.
