Hair, rads and exercise

I took a new selfie last Sunday and changed my profile pic to reflect that I have enough hair to cover my scalp now. This is me at almost 13 weeks post chemo.
I'm in the "little boy" phase according to my husband. Only this little boy has wrinkles!
Today is #11 of 33 radiation treatments. Other than fatigue, I'm fine so far. I'm sleeping a lot more again, about 10 hours a night. That's okay. I like sleep!
I've cut back on exercise and have just done 11 minutes on the elliptical today. I will increase it some, but I'm finding that I have to be really careful with my arm on the side that I had the lymph nodes removed and I'm getting radiation in that armpit. I really want to avoid getting lymphedema if at all possible.
It's been crazy windy here every day for the past week, so I haven't been out on my bike. With my arm issues, I'm going to have to take it easy with bicycle riding for the next six weeks. After that, I'll be able to build up some miles. I'm also looking into switching to a recumbent bike (or trike) to take the strain off my arm.
