Today I am working on positive steps. I just recently was invited to join the camp wanna be fit group and I am on the waiting list hanging out by the campfire. Which is way cool. I am playing the bingo game, and realizing I have and do a lot more than I think I do. Some things have just become well easy. After four months, and it always seems like such a struggle, but drinking water is getting easier. Eating freggies is becoming second nature, I choose fruits over candy/desserts now almost every time. When I was making my Easter brunch list out, I have more fresh fruits and veggies instead of heavy sweet breakfast items. So yay for that.
I didn't list my days of happiness over the weekend, or my gratitude list so I will do that now.
Gratitude day 4 - Grateful for warm weather to take my son to the zoo. He had an eggscellent time. Ha ha... I just had to throw that in there.
WINS: Got in a walk, (short and at the zoo, but exercise)
Gratitiude Day 5 - Thankful for being able to bend, walk, squat, pull weeds and enjoy the outside.
WINS: Half a flower bed weeded and ready for flowers!!
And I forgot to list yesterday:
Gratitude Day 6: Thankful for having good food today. Thankful for having an early bedtime.
WINS: Got my run in, ate within my calories, drank water, went to bed early.
Gratitude Day 7 - Thankful for my son's happy chatter on the way to grandmas this morning.
WINS: Staying within calories, running today, getting some laundry done.
