I believe that in order for any workout plan to work in a place like Spark is to be honest about progress. The yard work I did last week did throw my workouts off, left room for cravings, thus my supplement regimen
. Monday fit test, Tuesday yard work, Wednesday yard work, and some work on Thursday. Friday and Saturday terrible cravings and no exercise (Sunday I was in class all day).
To me, cravings mean I am not getting something in my diet. I am going to try the Nutrarian diet if I can afford it
. It is pretty much what I am already doing but a little more focused to provide the proper amount of nutrition. I didn't exercise yesterday But I am getting ready to start back today which means exercise and a trip to the grocery store. If I have time I will try to post in the forums more but I am back to school and tutoring as well as preparing a few projects.
Honesty brings transparency and thus the motivation to continue. Thank you everyone. Week 4 begins...
