Wow! This article and video are so interesting! It talks about how our thoughts can influence the way a food is perceived in our bodies. I've been trying to do this lately. While eating I'll say to myself, "This food is giving me strength and energy." I know I've mentioned this in an earlier blog, but the book "Think Yourself Thin" has really changed my perception on the power of our own thoughts... and this article reminds me of that! Enjoy!
