Today I ate: 1,456 calories
Today I burned: 1,012 calories

Daily calorie differential: - 1,357

I'm really proud of myself today. I really gave it everything I have and it feels good to know that! I hope you had a wonderful weekend and your week is off to a great start!

    Awesome job! You must've kicked butt at your workout!
I like the idea of aiming for 6 days a week for calorie differential -- gives you some wiggle room incase of a bad day and gets rid of the idea of beating yourself up about it after.
