Ever have one of those days/weeks/months where life is all like, "Hey you have plans and a schedule? Let me get in the way for you, since it seems like you're too on track." That was my life for the last couple of weeks. With everything that hit all at once, my goal was to keep track of my food & don't go (too far) over my calories. I'm happy to report that I did pretty good on that goal, despite the limited opportunities for me to have time and energy (at the same time) to make my food at home. My poor husband was along for the ride too.
I plan to get back on track this week with my workout schedule (I've missed it!) and continue tracking my intake. I'm especially excited for the end of this month, as I will have an entire TWO months without scheduled classes (thank you independent study!).
Biggest lesson learned: Take it one day at a time & do what you can. Anything is better than nothing.
