week #7 -1.6 lb!

Woohoo! I lost 1.6lbs
This week I can thank my wisdom teeth for my loss. It really should be more but I weighed in mid day and after breakfast and coffee. The first couple of days I was on a liquid diet so as you know that makes you lose lots of water weight really fast. I did start eating more "normally" a couple of days ago. Only chewing on one side but I did eat.
I can't say I made the best decisions because honestly I just ate what I could...soft foods and lots of gingerale to keep the nausea at bay. This week I ate lots of mashed potatoes and peanut butter chocolate banana smoothies.
What I did right!
I did not indulge in lots of ice cream but instead ate Greek yogurt. I also ate mostly home cooked foods.
Hopefully I will start feeling back to normal soon. I've been feeling achy and tired so no exercise but the beautiful weather did send me outside more than usual to take the little one to the park where I kept active.
