So there are some big changes on the horizon for me I have been a little absent on spark lately, I still check in daily but haven't been posting as much as I usually do as I try to plan the next steps for myself and my family. While I have been trying to figure out a balance for everything that life has thrown at me in the last month and the changes that we will have to make because of them I have pushed my weight loss goals to the side. I still don't have everything figured out yet but I know that I can't let life get in the way of my health. I am using this week as a prep week and going back to the 21 day fix starting next Monday for the meal plan and continuing my turbofire/chalean extreme hybrid for workout (I have been doing these just not as often as I should I've been down to 1-2 times a week) I will post more about everything that has been going on soon but just wanted to write down my goals so they are out there in the universe and I will feel a little more accountable. And to let all of my spark friends know I haven't left you and I'm sorry if you sent me a message or posted on one of my teams in the last few weeks and I didn't respond right away I will be going through them all now so hopefully I will catch up with all of you!
