My first 10 pounds

This has been a monumental week for me. I am finally below 200 pounds and have lost my first 10 pounds. This definitely motivates me to keep going!
Following the Keto diet and daily exercise are the keys so far. I did stall a bit a couple weeks ago but adding more water helped move it along.
I got into a pair of shorts today that I could not wear a month ago! It is a great feeling!
