Apparently exercise makes a difference

So, due to my pricey entry into a 5k, I have been forcing myself to exercise and walk more. I have been eating the same but have also been trying to sleep more, work less and drink more water. I am still keeping to very minimal carbs. I try to walk 3 miles each day that I don't work a 12 hour shift. I easily work 50-60 hours a week,
I am down to 247 lbs from 285!!! I am excited. This is the smallest I have been in a while. I was able to break out scrubs and other clothes that I haven't been able to wear in over a year. I feel great. I can cross my legs easier and I have been getting lots of compliments from my co-works that I am shrinking.
Low carb eating is definitely for me. Not only do I feel great by not being slowed down by carbs and it keeps my blood sugar in check- but I can stick to it. I have been doing low carb for about 8 months and I love it!! I have always preferred salty foods to sweet and low carb food tastes great.
I just feel good today
