I want to make small short term goals and also long term goals. I might have the goal of losing five pounds this week. I might want to eat five fruits and vegetables each day. I might want to walk at least five days a week for an hour. I can do half an hour or hour work outs and dance for an hour each day. I can increase my activity level and lose more weight. I want to keep a positive attitude and live each day to the fullest.
