That is when I first starting cooking (well trying to cook) according to Fuhrman. It is 2 full years ago. But I have not given up! The main difference is now I am better organized to eat this way. I have lots of things frozen and seeds ad nuts and flax and other things are now in my kitchen. I don't have to go to the store every time I try a recipe!

I still tend to have veggies go bad before I use them up. That is only because I have certain days or even weeks when I have no energy. Obviously I don't have this down yet. Fibromyalgia and low thyroid are making my intended actions hard to establish. I have not given up!

    My cook and freeze those extra veggies. Plus make extra entree items and put them in the freezer when it is just me at home. I am glad my husband also cooks as he has to help chop every thing when we have a lot of company. I agree that at times the thyroid does seem to get the best of me too.

    emoticon Chris. Those low energy days are when to pull things out of the freezer and stay on track. I found I did great when I eliminated most of the wheat and any sugar but alas I backslid and now have to start that all over again!

  Oh, I'm so glad you haven't given up!
When you have a good day, why not chop and freeze the veggies you know will tend to go bad first.

    Over eating got me fat Eating the right amount of normal conical free food will get me there Diet plans of any kind got me now were Slow and sure will

    Chris progress has been made . We did not get the habits we have overnight or in 2 years . our (mine included) have developed over a lifetime and will take time to change you have come very far . emoticon emoticon emoticon
