When you want to get healthy, lose weight, and tone up, it is almost imperative that you take up boxing . You know how it goes duck , jab ,weave.
You have learn to dodge a million questions and temptations. You have to learn to train hard to be disciplined and determined. You always need to be in a fighting stance ready to knock out your opponent.
Why are you eating healthy you look good now. ? Why can't you have a piece of birthday cake? What do you mean you don't want those nachos smothered in cheese .Why are you eating yogurt when you could have ice cream? Why aren't you having seconds. ? Why can't you stay up and party with me to dawn? Why do you have to get your exercise in before we go? Why? Why? Why?
Well then jab, cross, and kick. The answer is .....I WANT TO BE HEALTHY AND FIT. I WANT TO FEEL AND LOOK GOOD. I WANT TO BE HAPPY IN MY OWN SKIN. BECAUSE I LOVE YOU. BECAUSE I LOVE ME .
Just keep ducking and weaving. Evade , move with stealth and heart. Stick to your guns . It's your life. Come out of the shadows and stand in the sun.
