Today a slipped up and I am over my calorie limit so now I will try and do a little bit more exercise to counterbalance this. GRRR!! whoppppsy!

    One day will not destroy your new healthier eating. Just eat as healty as you can. Be sure and measure everything and drink plenty of water. emoticon

    I find that hard as it is, it's easier to eat fewer calories than to try to counteract it with exercise.

    I had some high calorie days too. All we can do is shake it off (or sweat it off) and eat better the nect day.

    My day was over too! Just need to get back on track tomorrow instead of keeping the binge going. I am strong enough to do this and so are you. emoticon

    It really is a struggle. I find that I can't seem to get the two together. I either flub up on my calories and do good on exercise, or flub up the exercise and do good on the calories.

Hopefully someday it will be a little easier to make the right decisions.
