Day 5 and Counting :)

Today was a good day. I had a breakfast that was more filling, and I had a nice healthy snack as soon as I got home from my early Friday class. It helped tide me over until lunch, and that was a big plus!

I ran out of my fresh veggies today, so tomorrow is time to do a grocery store run. Not just for me, but for my family as well. I find myself having to cook two meals now, and I am grateful that my meals are usually fast and simple. I would cook only one, but I have super picky eaters here, and pleasing everyone is easier said than done. I'd like to make their proteins mirror mine, like chicken for them on the nights I have chicken or a boca burger for me on a night they have hotdogs.

On to more housework, then some meal planning before hard-hitting some homework. It's going to be a long, but productive weekend.
