Anxiously awaiting summer

Today was one of those "summer workout" days! Everything felt great, I got to joke around with my fitness buddy, and I did not have to think about what time I had to leave the gym. I really wish every day could be like this:)
In 9 short weeks it can!

*My cooking challenge is going well:) I made a new sweet potato crust pizza last week and tonight squash pizza crust is on the menu:) Loving weekly pizza nights:)
*Packing left overs for lunch has been going really well! I actually look forward to eating my lunch now instead of just thinking it is ho-hum.
*Workouts have been fantastic! Lifting more, running faster, legs feel much stronger and are looking leaner.
*Kettlebell challenge has also been going well. It really has been a mental challenge for me to get the swings in each night. Tonight I am up to 36. I am totally winded by the last one and am hoping I am it through the challenge which ends at 51:)
*Plank a day challenge has been going well also. Last night my hubby wanted me to read something online, and he ended up reading to me so I could plank while hearing the joke. He's so supportive of my crazy ways:)

So happy it is Friday and that it is going to be 70 degrees today!! BRING ON SUMMER...or at least the end of the school year!!

    Very cool! I'm digging the kettlebells a lot too...doing 100 swings/day (sets of 10) and 5 TGUs per side.

I just read "Simple & Sinister" by pavel tsatsouline....great program.

We're going on vacation for Spring break tomorrow. I think I'll order me a kettlebell from Rogue when we get back....the big decision....do I get a 16Kg or a 24Kg?
