Day ten of my self challenge.
Way over on my carbs--according to what I wanted to do. Darn pasta anyway! Oh, well, got spinach and cukes in, banana and protein and fit my two chocolate kisses in at dinner. Reached my step goal and two workouts. More great days than good this week!
This weekend we are going away. That may be a whole different story! Should be able to get my steps in though.
