Tracked my meals. [ x ] (Current streak: 23 days)
Stayed within my calories. [ x ] (Current streak: 23 days)
EVERY DAY:
Went for a walk. [ x ] (Current streak: 23 days)
Didn't binge. [ x ] (Current streak: 23 days)
Took the stairs instead of the elevator. [ x ] (Current streak: 55 days)

Today I ate: 1,397 calories
Today I burned: 626 calories

Daily calorie differential: - 1,030

I weighed myself this morning and the scale said I've lost another 2 pounds this week! I'm feeling happy, motivated and confident that I'll reach my weight loss goal by my wedding day.
