When I started this journey, I was 260 and lost 30 pounds that first summer. I am not sure if I have the ability to shock my body like that again. But, I think I want to try. This got me thinking of what did I do that summer that worked. Here is what I have come up with...
Committed to 60 minutes of cardio everyday.
Walked alot - sometimes 3 or 4 walks a day.
Tracked my food.
Strength trained three times a week.
Never gave up on myself.
Drank tons of water.
