Hello Sparkpeople wonderful friends and random blogs readers (I do that too :P).
Today was the last weigh-in of BLC 24, a 12-weeks weightloss challenge. And, like you might have understand with my blog title, I reached my goal for the challenge.
When I registered in january, I was just starting my primal diet, and I didn't know how it would turn out. So I chose to be conservative with my goal, setting it for a 10 pounds loss over the lenght of the challenge. I was just getting back in the swing of things and I wanted to make sure I could reach it, in order to be successful instead of failing, right at the re-start of my weightloss journey.
But after 5 weeks, I had reach that easy goal. And I felt confident enough to go for something bigger. So I decide to aim for 20 pounds.
Last week, I gained a little, and I need to lose a little over 3 pounds in the last week to reach it, I was already talking to myself to be proud no matter what, etc.
I usually peek on the scale once or twice during the week. This week I didn't. The result on the scale this morning was a complete surprise. And a good one!
My BLC starting weight was 223.4 lb. My finish weight is 202 lb. A 21.4 lb loss!!!

We are now entering the break between two BLC rounds and I must stay focus. I want to be under 200 for Easter so I have 3 pounds to lose in two weeks, gotta keep pushing.
