This is a real miracle considering I'm PMSing so I've got some major water weight going on. Yesterday I didn't do any 'real' exercise but I cleaned my room for a hour so that had to burn some calories! Unfortunately I ended up with a migraine from 6:30 till I went to bed but I am happy to announce I actually slept in till 7am!! I managed to get 8 hours of sleep and only woke up once! A true April miracle! Today I'm going to do a walk a mile DVD, a lot of yoga and some full body Pilates! Plus lots of stretching! And I'm going to be doing a lot of cleaning! Plus I'm setting aside some me time to start crocheting again. I want to make my friend a blanket within the next 2 months. Wishing you all a wonderful Wednesday!
