Day 15 - Tough one Today, but I am STILL on track!

Today was a really tough day. It began with a rough night of sleep with my daughter waking us up with nightmares. When I was woken up again at 5:30 ( I am normally up at 6:00), I rolled out of bed to start my workout. All 30 minutes was pathetic - my energy level was non-existent! But, I still got it done!
Stayed on track with my diet, but it was close. I was feeling ravenous when I went to pick up my daughter at 1:30 for her appointment. We had to fill up on gas on the way back, and we both stopped for a snack at the gas station. I had almonds, but lots of calories.
When we got home, all I could think about eating was a small ribeye that was still in the freezer. I ate it like a starving woman! Maybe my body is telling me that I need more protein and sleep. So, with that in mind, I am off to bed! Good night all, and happy Sparking!
