tired, overwhelmed and ready for theweekend

Tuesday, April 08, 2014

I am feeling overwhelmed today but I am also tired. I feel way better but I decided to have a sleepless night and dream of being attack in our condo building and neighborhood. Going to try and push myself to stay awake for a while tonight but don't know how long I can hold my head up lol.

I have eaten fairly well today. A blueberry spinach smoothie, chicken briyani for lunch(a little spicy) and tonight chicken fingers and potatoes and not sure on the green yet. The chicken briyani caused massive heart burn and my stomach to feel on fire. I am feeling alright now though.

I got a walk in from work to the subway and with the puppy that didn't really want to walk. I think I need a pedometer or my fit bit I was talking about that I never found to count my steps at least as I don't think I am accurately tracking minutes especially on busy days.

Anyways need to try and stay focused and remember my smoothies in the morning get me 3-4 servings of veggies and fruit and this is huge.

I love Indian food so I look up a recipe for chicken briyani. I a video and found a recipe. I think I only need to get a couple of spices to make it.

Sounds like you are feeling a little better.

I love my fitbit flex...you just wear on your wrist all the time, you can even put it in sleep mode to track your sleeping patterns.
Hope you have a good day!
