Graze.

Tuesday, April 08, 2014

I feel kind of dirty about this... I gave in to facebook advertising. But it's for something totally awesome!! Or at least I think it's pretty cool.

It's called a graze box. And every week or two, depending on how you have it set up, it get delivered, right to your door. And it has yummy, healthy snack stuff in it. They are free of artificial sweeteners and GMOs. There are 90-some different snacks and you can "trash" those you don't like and "love" the ones you want to get more often. You get four different individual portioned snacks in each box. As some one that can't have gluten and likes some variety in my snacks, I think this is awesome. And at $6, it comes in at about the same cost per snack as my normal go-to protein bars. So yeah.... I'm looking forward to trying more of the snacks they offer.

If you're interested in trying it as well, you can use my code to get your first and fifth box free!

Compared to bulk, it's not economical at all. But when ever I get large quantities of something like that, I get tired of it when It's about half way gone and end up tossing it - which kind of defeats the purpose.

So for me, it works because I'd rather have variety then the few extra dollars. Normally I get a stash of different KIND bars, larabars, or LUNA Protein bars and those all run around $1-$1.50 each. Other brands I can have can run even more than that. It's hard to find protein/snack bars for less than that since I need them to not contain gluten.

Goodness gracious! That looks DIVINE. The website has great options! Maybe in the future I'll look into that...

It'd not be cost-effective for me at the moment because $6 for four snacks equals about $1.50. I get a lot more out of going bulk on my trail mix for a much less price.

While it's not cost-effective for me right now, I LOVE the option and might consider a "twice-per-month" gift for a family member in the future :-)

Have a great day!
