Just finished another workout. Yay! AND, hubby and I went for a walk over the weekend. I know it's not hardcore, but it is more than what I usually do and therefore IT COUNTS!
As the weather warms up, I'm tempted to go for more walks which is good. I still hate going by myself but that's ok. I go anyway. Sometimes hubby comes with me, sometimes not.
I'll keep going and posting my progress, such as it is. How are all of you doing?
