Wow, 30 weeks. Kind of makes me feel more depressed. I feel like I should have lost a lot more weight than I have by now.
Apparently I gained 2.3 kilos this week..........
Not really sure what to put. I've been eating more wheat than usual, makes my digestion feel slow. I really need to stay away from it.
I've been able to exercise in the mornings again - which is great. Trying for Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays on the cross-trainer, plus walking during the day. I'd really like to fit in some Insanity during the week as well.
Here's hoping for a better result next week.
