Today's 1 Good Thing was sticking to my plan
Today was calm - I ate breakfast, had a mid-morning snack & coffee, had lunch, had an afternoon snack & tea, had dinner - full stop. I got several jobs ticked off my 'to-do' list and found time to sit in the sun (yes, SUN!) and read a book I'm really enjoying at the moment. It was a day off from work - and it passed really calmly - yes, calm is the word that sums it up today - no drama (& no cookies!)
I will try to upload some photos for those of you who liked my 60 mins on 60 benches idea:- it began with me thinking about doing 60 somethings to mark the approach to my sixtieth birthday in November this year - and this occurred to me as a project that could be done without any money, and which would be beneficial to me as a mindful exercise.
