Went for a walk. [ x ] (Current streak: 21 days)
Didn't binge. [ x ] (Current streak: 21 days)
Took the stairs instead of the elevator. [ x ] (Current streak: 53 days)

Today I ate: 1,150 calories
Today I burned: 632 calories

Daily calorie differential: - 1,296

What an awesome day! :) Healthy food, lots of exercise and I also got a lot of things done (wedding planning takes A LOT of time; even for a small wedding like ours!). I've been really busy the past couple of days and I've been using my SparkPeople app to quickly track my meals and workouts (which is why there haven't been blog updates).

Sunday's calorie deficit was -890 and yesterday's was -700. So I did really well even though I didn't have time to update my blog. Today, however, I FINALLY met my calorie deficit goal and I really intend to keep this streak going!

I can't wait to weigh myself tomorrow morning. I feel like I might see a loss on the scale... Keeping my fingers crossed!
