I have all sorts of reasons for not working out. I will attempt to come up with an excuse to my excuse.
1. I do not want to get up - This has to start with planning the evening and having everything set in the AM, which resorts to excuse #2
2. I'm tired - I'm not too tired for 10 min. Do something during TV commercials
3. I don't have time - Again 10 min, I know I have time for 10 min!
4. I tell myself I have something more important to do -
So as I sit here and try to ponder rebuttals for my excuses, I realize this will be very difficult. These are my "go to" excuses! Apparently I am dependant on these. I am having a hard time coming up with reasons to go against them. I have a gym membership, which at the time I thought was a great idea. It seems I am too embarrassed or feel it's not where I fit. Silly - but that's the truth of how I feel. I see I must work on the mental part of this more than the act itself. I will work very hard this week to get 10 min/day in.
