I Can!

I was reading someone's blog today & it struck home. She really made me think about how we need to focus on the positives & not the negatives. I keep telling myself, that I can't do it because I don't have enough time. I'm too busy! Truth is I waste a lot of my time by setting & thinking about what I should be doing!

So today I decided to take some of her blog & make it mine. So thank you to FITANDFAITHFUL1 for helping me out today!

I will focus on the little things that I CAN CONTROL.

I CAN exercise today, no matter how small.
I CAN drink 8 cups of water.
I CAN track my food on Spark.
I CAN stay within the Spark calorie range.
I CAN and I AM and I WILL!

I Can & Will do it!
