Its been four days since my last WATP session: Friday did 40 minutes of kick box and the next three days were garden/yard work. Managed to get an hour in Monday. Now the main veggie garden is almost good to go - although its soo hot already am thinking of putting up the shade cloth already! Last year, it was mid-June before it had to be up.
So back this morning to my early AM WATP session. had to open the windows and wipe away the sweat. Know all this exercise is paying off with tighter muscles, better stamina, but it seems to never get easier! Of course, I'm always pushing to make it harder cause it shouldn't be getting easy to be effective!
Another way I know its working - I actually did 10 jumping jacks the other day. Jillian uses jump rope and jumping jacks for cardio boosts in her workouts. In the house, with a wood floor, I don't go there. Do know that a few weeks ago, I'd not have been able to jump up high enough to do the jumping jacks much less use the arms at the same time.
So that's one of my new goals every day - some jumping jacks while walking the dog!
