I did ok yesterday. Went over my calories by a little but I had breakfast out. Today my two goals were to have a smaller breakfast (done!) and have a lower calorie 4:00 snack. My two o'clock snack is always a Yoplait key lime greek yogurt for 100 calories and I love it. Unfortunately I'm always at a loss for my four o'clock snack. If I have any type of bread or cereal, I feel like I just want more and more and more. Yesterday I had an apple with two tablespoons of peanut butter. It definitely kept me full for the two hours before dinner but it was a whopping 240 calories and that's just more for a snack than I want. I am going to buy some different flavored yogurts today and see if I can have one at 2:00 and one at 4:00 without getting sick of them.
Yesterday it rained and rained and rained. Looking forward to a dryer though cloudier day today.
