I am deciding to try something a little bit different. I have my alarm set for 5:15am. My plan is to get up and do a walking dvd or take my Snickers (my dog) for a walk around the neighborhood depending on the weather, then get the house clean for the day since I have to leave my home to go to work at 9am. That will give me time to love on my kids before school too.
I haven't been eating right or exercising like I should and even though I am on my feet a ton for work, I am gaining weight. Not Cool. My 5k is in a little over a month and I desperately want to accomplish this goal. I figure if I get my workout in when I first wake up, then I will feel a little more accomplished and not like such a failure. I need to get this weight off as I know this is a big part to my feet problem (plantar fasciitis is not cool either!).
