I just want to post an update on my weight: I lost 5 pounds!
I think just all the water I've been in-taking has been helping my metabolism.
I was in shocked this morning wanting to weigh in to see how things were going and was blown away by the number: 165! I can't wait to see my trainer later this week to see how my BMI has changed as well.
