A to-do list Monday

Monday, April 07, 2014

This weekend I was a total couch potato most of the time, and it felt kind of good to not think about the things I needed to get done for work and around the house... emoticon . So today I got up with a long to-do list. I haven't done a whole lot of it, but I have caught up at least with the things that I need for work tomorrow! I ate pretty much the same thing today as I did yesterday, which made tracking easy :) Tomorrow I will go grocery shopping and get ingredients to make a couple of new recipes. Cooking really really really helps me stay on track. I am also starting a new 30-day challenge for myself to limit my time on the computer. I'm going to limit my time to an hour a day during the work week (not including work use or tracking food, but counting time writing and reading blogs, comments, etc). I just feel that the internet sucks up so much of my time! Today I already have spent time in a much better way - talking to my sister on the phone for about an hour. That is so much more valuable to me than mindlessly wandering around pinterest and facebook. Still, it's going to be a tough habit to break. emoticon

It's so satisfying to check items off a to-do list and mark them DONE!
