Something that works!

So on April 1st I started another whole 30 diet with my friend Courtney. I have done this three other times and for me it works like a charm every time.
Honestly its a bit of a tough diet and in the past I've never tried for more than the 30 day requirement but each time I've lost around ten pounds.
This time I am actually doing it until my roommates wedding on June 21st.
Today I weighed in and I am down a solid 3 pounds! So its a little higher than the standard two pounds a week but I don't feel like its coming off so fast that I have to worry.
This diet really works for me because I don't feel deprived I just know there is some stuff I cannot eat and I don't worry about it. I also think its easier for me to say no all of the time then only some of the time.
I will keep posting the progress that I make.
