Please Share Healthier Treats Suggestions

Good Day Sparkfam!! It's a beautiful day here in Chicago which made it equally hard to come to work.... I made it in and a few minutes to spare but I want to get here an hour earlier so that I can leave earlier. We have moved and it's just make my evening commute the worst!! I am grateful & SOOO blessed beyond measure to have this job!! They are so versatile and this is my dream job without the dream salary. It's either one or the other but before the bottom fell out my salary & bonuses were extremely nice. So it is what it is basically.

Here is my healthier snack treats suggestion:

These little puppies are so good!!! And guess what else?!! I can't stand dark chocolate! Seriously, I was watching Single Ladies and they were sharing them. They kept snatching the bag from one another so I saw & said why not? Boy am I glad I did and I shared them a few of my friends and they were glad I did. I am a very picky eater so this is another surprise. I don't crave chocolate often but I will measure out 16pcs which is the limit for me to keep on my person. Like my tub of yogurt I keep in my purse with juice & water. I have been craving soda lately so I have been buying the Kool Aid Jammers to try to fool myself. Not working really well but I'm reaching more for those than the soda.

I have probably lost 3lbs but I got plenty more to go....So I'm trying to watch my snacks but I need to also concentrate on my meals too.

    Thank you for sharing the snack treat. I wondered about them. My snack treat is usually an iced coffee decaff with sugar free caramel flavoring made from home.

    I'm in with the fudge sicles and possibly the fruttare mango treats... I have to start eating pudding, I never been one to finish I start one but then after one or two bites, I'm done..

    emoticon for the suggestions! I also like Jello sugar free chocolate pudding snacks. They are 60 calories.

    For dessert type treats I really like skinny cow fudge bars. Such a big serving for 100 calories. I also like frozen fruit bars, popcorn, sugar free pudding, life savers, a sliced apple sprinkled with cinnamon and cooked for a few min in the microwave is like apple pie, or a sliced banana lightly drizzled with chocolate syrup and a big scoop of whip cream is like a banana split.
