Day 7 of 30 day 'Self' Challenge

Before noon today I met the goal I set for steps. I plan to keep going. I need to do flex/strength exercises. Up to this point I have met the fiber requirements about 50%. Most everything was where it needed to be except for going over on total calorie count on Saturday. This is for me and emoticon
