Well, I fell off the blog band wagon for a while, but I'm back! I've also started spark coach for the first time and so far so good!
First task is to talk about how water intake affects me daily. I know on some days I can't seem to get in my daily goal, and I think that happens because I didn't plan for it! When I don't have water readily available, I don't drink it. I used to carry my water bottle with me everywhere, but it got annoying at the end if the day because I was carrying too many things! I now have my refrigerator stocked with water bottles. I know it's not the most environmental thing to do, bit these water bottles are given to us by the school, so I'll take it for now!
I've noticed that when I do meet my daily goal, I feel energized, so I know I NEED to meet that goal in order to feel good.
So here I go!
