I finished the 30 day juice challenge at 13 pounds lighter. I'm feeling great and surprisingly not hungry most days. I am able to walk up to 1 mile and ride a bike for 2 miles. Yeah me! I've started water aerobics also. I'm on my second 30 day juice challenge. Although I was down sick last week and didn't eat the greatest or work out I still managed to lose another 3 pounds. 2 months and 16 pounds lighter!
