When I used to "diet" I would stop if the scale did not come down and then my weight would go up plus ten. I have been stuck at the same place for a long time now and the idea of stopping seems obscene. How can you stop doing what is good for yourself? So now instead of giving up and saying this doesn't work, I am saying, "Why isn't this working?" I am making changes. I am adding fruits and veg to my breakfast and lunch and doing more intermittent exercise. We will see what happens this week.
