positive progress

This morning as I was working out, walking on the treadmill my mind wondered back to the first time I was on what I use to call the DREADMILL.....when I first started I was lucky to do 15 minutes and not liking it much at all....I have come a long way ....this morning 90 minutes went by so fast I could not believe it.....I am prove that it can be done....(for those who don't know I'm 61 and in 2006 I weighed 347 pounds)....I learned from spark people and people I meet here that I just needed to keep going...was it easy...NO...but I was determined to get healthy.....

training my brain to think positive, writing down 5 positive things I do each day keeps me on the positive track to a healthier and happier me...

So change those negatives to positive and see how much better you can do

Believe in yourself....Believe you can....and you will
