UPDATE to 21 Days

My update for my "habits":

Exercise for 30+ minutes 5/7
Stretch for 10+ minutes 3/7
20+ minutes of yoga 6/7
Walk 4/7
Eat 3-5 servings of freggies (fruits and vegetables) 5/7
Eat a salad 4/7
Avoid fast food 4/7
Avoid binge eating6/7
Avoid High calorie drinks 7/7
Drink 10+ glasses of water 5/7

Weekends are hard for me because my husband kind of pressures me into things that I shouldn't eat. This weekend was 50% better than it normally is and I didn't slack of to much because it was the weekend. I didn't workout or walk as much over the weekend but it was due to something other than being lazy and not wanting to do it. I wore the wrong type of shoes on my walk on Thursday night & well, Friday and Saturday I had a hard time getting around. Plus, weekends are my errand running days and with vacation coming, I had a LOT of things to do.

It is Monday and I am back on track for the most part. Still am having some problems walking with shoes on so I may not be able to take my walk or at least not a long walk. If not, I will see able getting my Gazelle out and walk/run on that for a while as I am watching TV.

    Love your goal tracking ~ keep it up! Godzdesign95 calls it on the DH temptations. My DH is a good enough sport if my spirit remains strong he goes along - most times. I can be swayed...bad, bad JDawg emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I hear you on the hubbie temptation. I am learning no thank you or I'll eat later. if it freezes freeze it or toss it behind his back SNEAKY SNEAKY....... emoticon MY HUBBIE HAS LEARNED TO LICK HIS wounds when I say no thanks. Of course there are the other times I end eating crap. We shall over come......
