Running Today...

Was a stress reliever. Although I did not want to get out of bed at first I decided to get moving. I was a little slow paced this morning but sometimes slow and steady wins the race. I am still working on my consistency and core strength as well. I also believe that I need to do a lite workout on my off days Tuesday's and Thursday's to keep me going. I am also working on clearing my thoughts and just enjoy the run. This week I am going to work on my endurance and some mental inspiration!
