Great well better than usual for a weekend. Friday I took my hour and five minute walk. I downloaded this app digifit and used it to track my walk and I was in total shock! I never thought my walk was as long as it was tracked to be. I got home and checked and it's 3.04 miles!!!! I really never thought in terms of miles just duration has been my focus. It said I burned 822 calories. Now that I'm not to sure about but hey I'll take it. When I log in that time and moderate pace into myfitnesspal it says about the same number of calories burned so it must be accurate. wow!!!
As for Saturday I lounged briefly sort of slept in. Woke with a headache so lounged until honey came over. We lounged a bit then hit the projects. Tore down a wall outside, washed both cars, and some other hard work. So that was my workout. Drank all my water that day. Not so much yesterday but ate okay. Rested no workout.
My Monday morning scale peek shows I'm down another pound and a few ounces. Me and honey dropped off two 40 packs of water to my office Saturday. This way I don't have to lug it in daily. My shoulders, neck and right arm have been bothering me so he thinks it has to do with the load I carry everyday. I'm sure it's a contributing factor, so we alleviated part of the load.
My home projects are dwindling down. The painters have begun on the outside... My carpet came for the dressing room. Honey has to finish painting the doors and I have to pick up part of the furniture I'm missing. So I should have that together before my daughter gets here next week. Whew!!! Two down almost and a few more to go. I'll be so happy when my house feels like a complete home space. I've lived in this home the majority of my life. But moving back and having to transition, update, repair has been a daunting task. I'm so appreciative of honey for taking the lead and helping me get things done. He makes me say thank you Lord everyday. If you never tried asking God for something try it. Now I've often spoken with God about the kind of man I think I need but always gave Him free reign to give me what i need. Now whether this honey is the future hubby I'm not sure but he definitely fits the request.
Well it's time to start the new week and I plan to get in my fitness. Not sure if me and work brother are walking this week but I'm ready if he wants to.
Goal this week:
Consistent with my water consumption
Get all my squats in daily
Do my planks
Strength train on schedule and of course
