Well, lesson learned!

I have been moving all week. In my head, since I was constantly lifting things, I didnt really need to pay attention to what I was eating... all I've gotta say to that is, Lesson Learned! I GAINED 1.6 pounds back this week... Im glad it wasnt the whole 3.4 that I lost last week...

I am back on track this morning. I made myself get up before the kiddos so that I have time to sit and relax and eat breakfast. The morning went much smoother. I was awake and ready to move by the time the kids got up. Everyone was happier. : )

I am going to my first water exercise class this morning. I have to say, I am pretty excited about it. I hope it helps me lose weight since my knees hurt right now.

Well, all in all, its been a great start to my Monday. I will update tonight how the rest of my day went.
